After finding a harmonious balance at the start of 2009, owners Sam
Martinez and
Jeff Mancini hired their dear friend Somer Perez (Royalton Hotel, THOR,
etc) to
design an alcoholic and virgin drink list. Ms. Perez’s cocktails combine
classic
methods with seasonal, gastronomic ingredients and boutique spirits. Somer
has
created three Tanteo tequila based cocktails that will debut on Cinco de
Mayo and
will remain on Elizabeth’s spring cocktail menu.
