Well, I interrupted the view of this page because today is a lazy Sunday and i hat no lust to cook. But while reading this blog I suddenly felt like i have to put in practice the recipe of Monsieur Pepin. By chance I had almost everything at home in the freezer etc. . I needed just a little improvisation, (creative skills are necessary any time anywhere!)
Now I return to the computer. It took me exactly 30 minutes to cook the chicken and prepare the potatoes. I absence of white win I cooked it with red wine and we drunk Nero d´Avola, a sicillian wine to this excellent and quick dish.
Now I am back to tell you this.
It is worth to try it.
Thanks Gotham Palate!
